Amenities at Commodore Club include bike storage, a community library and a BBQ and picnic area.  In addition, each building includes a private community swimming pool and its own community association.  Residents of Commodore Club I own the boat slips, while residents of Commodore Club II lease the boat slips.  The beach is within walking distance.

Commodore Club Pet and Rental Policies

Pets are not allowed at the Commodore Club.  The association allows one lease per year with a minimum lease term of 90 days per lease.
