Just Beachy Under the Radar Condos

Sure, Naples is home to some flashy homes and neighborhoods, but some delightful beach condos are surprisingly right under the radar.

The Billows

One such residential complex is called The Billows on Moorings Beach. Made up of 48 residences, spread across four buildings, living here means sensational Gulf views. In fact, you can have your toes in the sand and water in just seconds when you choose The Billows. This well-established property dates back to the 1960s, and is actually a beachfront co-op. 

While no pets are allowed, leasing is allowed, with certain restrictions. The property includes a heated swimming pool, a grilling and outdoor dining area, direct beach access, and social events. Each unit also has access to a carport parking space. Typically, individual residences include two-bedrooms and two-baths, with around 1,500 square feet of living space. Some are slightly larger than that due to enclosed lanais. 

Casa Grande

Found on Vanderbilt Beach, Casa Grande was constructed in the 1980s and includes around two-dozen private residences of its own. Each condo in the nine-story high-rise is afforded with direct beach and Gulf views. Occasionally, you may find either a two-bedroom, two-bath unit, or a three-bedroom, three-bath unit on the market. 

Pets are not allowed at Casa Grande either, but some leasing is allowed. The building includes direct beach access, a social room, a beachside swimming pool, and some outdoor grills. Casa Grande sits conveniently close to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, plus area shopping, dining, and local conveniences. 

Gulfside at Park Shore 

As the third building constructed in Park Shore by Lutgert Companies, Gulfside at Park Shore dates back to the 1970s. For the area, this beachfront condo building is more reasonably priced. Made up of eight stacks, Gulfside contains upwards of 100 private residences, typically with 1,200 square feet to sometimes more than 1,600 square feet of living space. 

The building offers such amenities as a fitness center, a swimming pool, and laundry. Leasing is allowed here, with certain restrictions, but pets are not allowed.
