It is one of just a half-dozen luxury high-rise condo buildings that exist within gated Bay Colony. Located right on the beach in Bay Colony, Contessa sits far enough away from Vanderbilt Beach public access that you don’t typically have to deal with large crowds, but it relishes in a fantastic location and exceptional views.

Originally finished in the early 1990s, the Contessa high-rise stands 20-stories tall above the sand and water. In all, there are close to 80 condos that exist in Contessa, with mostly four units per floor of the building.

The pool deck of Contessa opens to direct beach access. The building also offers some underbuilding parking. This is a dog- and cat-friendly property with certain restrictions. Some leases are also allowed.
