Choosing the Right Estate Community in Bonita Bay

Woodlake 

The gated, Woodlake at Bonita Bay community offers custom-built homes that sit on large lots. Construction here began in the late 1980s, and there are now around 100 single-family homes that make up Woodlake, many of which overlook golf course, lake, or nature preserve views. 

Close to the middle of the greater, Bonita Bay development, homeowners in Woodlake have the option of obtaining a membership to access the championship golf courses, a fitness center, and Har-Tru tennis courts. In addition, Woodlake has direct Gulf boating access, plus there’s access to a private beach park and a private marina.

Sanctuary

Another community to consider is Sanctuary at Bonita Bay. For direct Gulf boating access, utilize the boat ramp and full marina, plus optional golf course membership, access to a private beach, and tennis courts are also all options for those living in Sanctuary. The estate homes of Sanctuary overlook nature preserve, lake, or golf course views on the south side of the Bonita Bay development. 

A few years younger than Woodlake, some of the very first homes in Sanctuary were built in the 1990s. Today, there are around 60 single-family homes to choose from. As a bonus, lawn care is included with homes in Sanctuary.

Deerwood

Deerwood at Bonita Bay is one of the smallest communities, as there are only 15 estate homes that exist in this enclave. The homes of Deerwood were constructed starting in the mid 1990s and offer lake or golf course views. Each of the 15 homes of Deerwood comes with its own private swimming pool.

Homeowners in Deerwood additionally have access to a private marina and direct Gulf boating access, plus a private beach, several parks, tennis courts, and championship golf. You’ll find the enclave tucked away in the southwest corner of the greater development.
