Prepare for Another Encore at Naples Square

Naples Square is gearing up for another encore, this time in the form of 15 luxurious new residences. Set along Goodlette-Frank Road, in what’s described as the gateway to Fifth Avenue South, the future, three-story, Downtown Naples property is expected to someday include premium homes on its top two floors, as well as office space and retail space on its ground floor.

Encore Naples Square is just one part of the greater, Naples Square development, and makes for an important new addition to mixed-use development in the downtown area. The larger development was approved by the Naples City Council about a decade ago at the corner of Goodlette-Frank Road and Fifth Avenue South.

The addition of Encore was narrowly approved by councilors last month. The boutique residences are expected to start at around 2,700 square feet of living space, although some of the largest could easily exceed 5,000 square feet of space.

Most units will range from two- to five-bedrooms, complete with high ceilings and spacious living areas. Potential buyers can expect to find designer cabinetry and premium hardware, as well as a number of other luxury finishes.

All currently priced in the multi-million-dollar range, details on a handful of units are currently listed, including one with four-bedrooms plus a den and 4.5-baths. The floorplan starts at around 4,600 square feet of space and has a three-car garage.

A three-bedroom plus a den floorplan with 3.5-baths starts at around 3,500 square feet of living space. The smallest layout includes two-bedrooms plus a den and 2.5-baths. It offers close to 2,700 square feet of living space.

Third floor residences of Encore Naples Square have access to a rooftop terrace and sweeping city views. High-end shops, fine dining, and beaches are all within an easy distance when you choose to live in Downtown Naples. The area is also packed with cultural selections, such as art galleries, and the property sits close to golf and boating.
