Why Pelican Bay’s Serendipity Lives up to Its Name

Aptly named Serendipity, it’s not hard to see why this Pelican Bay condo community lives up to its name. Condos in this low-rise community overlook garden and lagoon views, altogether creating a peaceful setting in one of the most popular sections of Naples.

This is a non-gated community of just 66 condos and attached villas. With plenty of room to spread out, the floorplans at Serendipity typically include either two- or three-bedrooms, and an impressive 1,200 square feet, or sometimes even 2,300 square feet of living space.

When you want to explore the rest of Pelican Bay, convenient tram service transports you to the almost three miles of white sand, private beaches. Here, you can simply relax next to the water or dine overlooking the waterfront.

That’s because the resort-style amenities of Pelican Bay extend to include some beachfront dining options, plus also some social opportunities. As yet another bonus, Serendipity exists within walking distance of Waterside Shops and many cultural attractions in the Naples area.

You’ll find the Serendipity condos on the southern side of Pelican Bay. This is a pet-friendly community in Naples where leases are allowed, but with certain restrictions.
