For a chic and exclusive setting, you cannot go wrong with golf-centric, Tiburon. This gated, Naples golf course community is highly sought after, thanks in part to its natural beauty and appeal.
With natural preserves, freshwater lakes and towering trees, Tiburon manages to serve those who want a more natural setting, but also those who want the luxury of living in a golf course community. This 800-acre community has not one, but two 18-hole golf courses designed by Greg Norman.
Tiburon has previously been ranked as one of top golf facilities in the entire State of Florida, and is known to host an LPGA tour championship, a PGA invitational, and the Chubb Classic. The two courses at Tiburon are known as the Gold Course and The Black Course.
There’s even a Tiburon Golf Academy with coaching, training, and a club program for junior golfers. There’s also the connection with the Naples Ritz-Carlton Beach and Golf Resorts.
In addition, Tiburon offers some on-site dining options, with three dining rooms in its clubhouse. There’s also a Golf Shop, plus you’ll find fitness and personal training available, massage therapy, and an adult sports lounge known as The Vault.
Housing options in Tiburon range from condos and villas to spectacular, multi-million-dollar, single-family homes. In all, there are 650 residential options to consider, spread across several different neighborhoods.
The Mediterranean-style homes of Tiburon are oftentimes quite impressive. Some of the most recently listed homes on the market in the community include a four-bedroom, six-bath home with around 4,600 square feet of living space. This is a multi-million-dollar home that’s part of the Marsala community of Tiburon.
