Inside Olana’s European-style Estate Homes

New, European-style estate homes are headed to Naples’ Miracle Mile. The Design Review Board in Naples recently gave its nod to final plans for Olana, which calls for just one-dozen exclusive residences in a Gulf-front setting.

The brand-new property is going up where the low-rise Bahama Club condo property once stood in Naples. The developer plans to offers massive five-bedroom condos at Olana, with expansive floorplans ranging from around 9,000 square feet of living space to an almost unheard of, 10,000 square feet of living space.

Each of the condos of Olana will come with a private garage, a hot-and-cold plunge pool, a steam room, and a sauna. The condos will also offer a game room and formal dining room, as well as some unobstructed Gulf views.

As for the entire property of Olana, it will stand six stories over a ground-level garage and parking deck, with just two condos per floor. Plans call for a swimming pool and deck, guest parking, concierge service in the lobby, a clubroom, and a theater. A meeting room is also planned, plus trails and benches.

As well, the property will offer sweeping Gulf views, along with a sunset garden, a fire pit and seating, cabanas, and a covered outdoor lounge area. Several different species of trees will be added to the site for privacy, as well as to invoke a tropical flair.

The 2.5-acres of land needed for Olana was purchased last spring, then cleared for new construction. The property consists of 220 feet of beachfront right on the Gulf. As part of the Coquina Sands neighborhood, Olana will be going up right on Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples.

The property is just adjacent to Naples Beach Club and close to the new Rosewood Residences Naples. Living at Olana also means living close to area shops, dining, and cultural attractions in Naples.
