Location Does the Talking in Exclusive Seagate Neighborhood

While small in overall size, it’s the location that does the talking in exclusive Seagate. Found between Pelican Bay and Park Shore in Naples, this gated, waterfront community consists of grand single-family homes with easy water access.

In all, there are fewer than 100 single-family estate homes to choose from in the small enclave of Seagate, and they sit alongside Gulf access canals. The majority of waterfront homes here come with boat docks and lifts.

Those with boats are sure to enjoy the Gulf access, which can also be utilized by canoes and kayaks. In fact, paddleboarding, canoeing, and kayaking are all common pastimes in terms of water activities.

As well, there’s access to a nearby private beach and clubhouse. The voluntary beach club is exclusively reserved for property owners in Seagate.

While the alure of boating is certainly appealing, Seagate is simply a five-minute drive from Downtown Naples, too. Even closer, it’s within walking distance of The Village Shops on Venetian Bay and the retailers and restaurants of Waterside Shops.

As for the homes of Seagate, they range from original homes dating back to the mid-Century, to sometimes brand-new construction homes. Even the older ones, though, have typically been renovated or updated.

Homeowners enjoy canal views, plus sometimes beach, bay, and city views, too. Just to the north of Seagate, Clam Pass Park offers a long boardwalk through the mangroves.
